The IRS Selling the Crown Jewels
EY's Colin O'Brien says IRS is selling the crown jewels by selling marker apartments. The rock-brooke site, which we understand are sold for about 15 million, was obviously a key growth contributor for IRS. This would have required very considerable levels of CapEx and the capacity on the IRS balance sheet at this moment in time was not there to do so. "It is disappointing in terms of the potential returns that could be achieved," he adds.
