How to Integrate Information Into Your Nervous System

I think something I always pops into my head is like Dr. Dan Siegel talking about integration and really trying to integrate information within the nervous system. How do we really integrate that if it's really kind of activated us instead of maybe taking this like more titrated approach? Right. In a much different way. And yeah, for sure. For sure.
