The War in Russia: A Scaled-Down Victory Period
This was a scaled-down victory period by any major. Russians, ordinary muscovites couldn't actually get to see it which is astonishing because it's a very long parade route. I think the fear for the government was they might have been coming out en masse with photographs of Russian military personnel that had been lost. And what this government's been very successful at and gone to great lengths to do is to try and mask the extent of casualties.
