What Was This Woman Trying to Protect Her Client Privilege?
If she had put some kind of a lock and key on the box, i think, then the court would say, oh, yes, she was trying to protect her privilege. Whatever claim to attorney client privilege she might have had was waved when she gave those gave that tape away - even though it was to her husband. I don't think a spousal immunity applies to anything here, and even though he was a co deffendant. If i have some compromising photographs of myself and throw them in the trash bend, and somebody else picks them up and publishes them, because i had no reasonable expectation of privacy i wouldn't be able to get back at anyone for publishing these
