The Importance of Experience in Politics

I think we need a president who harnesses the better aspects of American consciousness, the better angels of our nature. We now have a country where the bottom line and the way we function is short-term profit maximization for huge corporate entities rather than humanitarian values. You can't say he wasn't an effective president. He was effective at doing things that most of us would be horrified by but he certainly was effective. I've gone far towards helping to create the conversation in the U.S., which actually led to things like the situation in California. And you know what? That's it. Thank you very much.
