Is There a Use Case for Unconfiscatable Money?

I think for regular people that haven't been paying close attention or have a really good grasp of what what money is or how it works, are becoming much more attuned to things going on in the world. Like in the us, very specifically, there's no reason to have to worry having your money locked in your bank account. But in russia right now, they just got a hair cut of like 80 %, from some of the things i was reading. They just locked up and they weren't allowing them to take out more than a specific amount of roubles,. Or the money was just completely nationalized. Ah, that's something in russia that maybe is not completely abnormal
