What's Happening in Neapro?
The death toll is now at 40 and something like 30 people are still unaccounted for. There are children among the dead and there are some horrific stories coming out of it. Russia was using cruise missiles rather than kind of more regular artillery they had been using. They did an incredible amount of damage specifically in Neapro where they took out a whole section of a residential building.
