There's something about war and sex that seem to go together. The treatment for venereal disease in 19 18 was designed to be humiliating and painful. So the germans went very teutonic discipline and decided that they would regulate this really severely. They assumed control of all the brothels in the towns that they occupied, and instigated this forced examination system of all the women that they had registered. And they gave their troops condoms, were their kind of rubbish condom, i 19 18, but instructions on how to use it. If any one's listening and you have done that, please let us know. Keep a sex diary.
