The Risks of Higher Interest Rates on the Stock Market
After Alan Greenspan and Bernanke did their rate hike cycle from 2004 to 2006, the stock market still managed through the early part of 2007 to rip higher. Maybe it's not going to be the same, but the point is that the lag time for the impact of higher interest rates to kick in could be exactly that. It could be a big lag. The real risks of the market are next year, not this year.
