The Cook Report Just Comes Out a Little While Ago

The Cook report just came out a little while ago. They think there were 6 million more Republican votes for the House than Democrats. Now, how can we be up 6 million more votes and only be up a handful of seats? And I'm I find myself having to go back to school and try to rethink everything I thought I knew about American politics because it makes no sense. This would have been a by sheer numbers, a map, a wave election. But here we are.
