Are We Really Going to Go From 6% to 7%?

We get 70% of our energy today, 70% from old-fashioned fossil fuels. So if you want to buy an electric vehicle, an EV for short, okay, on average it's going to cost you 22 grand more to buy that over a gas-powered vehicle. Tell me how that makes any difference?
