The Importance of Persistence in Failure

Sally Kohn: Failure ultimately is a great learning experience. If one can allow the failure to be kind of strategic and not let it over overtake you know that it's going to come, you're just got so many advantages, don't you? She says if we were totally persistent and never change, then I'd still be playing with Star Wars figures. That means failure, you're going to be trying things. And like she said, yes, 10,000 hours leads to expertise, but it's 10,000 years of pushing your boundaries as well.
