Is Sectioning a Taboo?
I was just very sick and troubled, and i couldn't see that for myself. And that's what resulted in that happening. I remember when i got sections feeling really, really like bleak about everything. But the reality of it was no different to any of my other admissions before that. It really was just like, you actually have to be here now. You can't just talk your way round the system and get out. So i made more of a concerted effort to be like, what do i actually want out of my own recovery treatment, et cetera. so i think it really depends on the person as well. There's definitely not like a one size fits all thing.
