How to Pre-Compute a Lottery Ticket
The rewards are randomized so it's not that first comes who gets better fries. So now basically doing is like pre computing a bunch of outcomes in a stack and in the order order people come in they're just picking out the top. We already have a randomized list of prices. Basically come in any order whatever is at the top of the stack you'll get that. But now they are pre computed so we don't need to take a lock on that file because now we know how many we have given out how many are left. All that information is available.
