What Is It Like to Be Hermine?

I was reading it myself, and i suddenly saw the grayness of its skin. She's just shrinking against the wall, trying to be as small as she can. I don't know if she knows the door is locked, but she's not trying anything. And maybe the reason that she really picks them is these are two good guys to have on your side when, like, stuff goes down. And that that matters, cause things go down in this movie.
