The Differences Between Traditional Japanese Cuisine and Classic French Cuisine

The most popular menu that we sell is a five course tasting menu, which includes some raw fish. It's pretty classic idea that's being accepted in New York City, time scenes. And I think it's fascinating because I see all those raw fish items, like ceviche or kudo in many non-Japanese restaurants. So to me, that's very natural rather than kind of new ideas.
