I think it gets harder when you're running faster. There's just more mechanical stress on your legs. As my performance increases, I have to, as the pendulum swings one way, I haveto let it swing back an equal amount of the other way. Easy runs, it's comfortable. If I am not having, if I'm not conversational, if my heart rate is like above one 30, let them go,Let them go. It's I am the biggest proponent ever of easy runs, easy hard runs hard.
