Productivity vs. Workload Tradeoffs

We all think AI will save us time, but the research says otherwise.

A recent study showed that when teams adopted AI, productivity went up... but so did hours worked, multitasking, and expectations. Faster tools didn't reduce work, they expanded it.

For entrepreneurs, that's the trap. AI writes the email, so you send five more. AI analyzes the deal, so you chase three more opportunities. The ceiling rises, and without structure, so does pressure.

This isn't an anti-AI message, but rather a leadership one. AI is fuel, and without boundaries, it leads to burnout, not freedom.
