I had the impression it was only to do with internal operations. But as you described, it's product business model internal operations. What I'm curious about is, so according to your definition, a company can change all those three things like developing smart products and enhance their internal operations but they still don't have the early adopters jumping on board. And actually the flow and effect of what happens inside the organization. My understanding is right. So in reality, stage one is more about automation, which is you're changing technologies.
