The Tent Structure in a Redwood State Park in Santa Cruz

Four teen aged boys were camping illegally in a state park. As night draws in, they get an unexpected visitor - herbert mullen. Mullin was apprehended by park rangers for fishing illegally and possessing mariuana. To night, he pretends to be a park ranger himself and chastises the tean eaters for camping illegally. He takes their rifle, claims to imagine they offer themselves up as sacrifices, and then he shoots them all dead.
