The world's diplomatic and military leaders gathered at the munich security conference to take stock of the russian build up on the ukraine border. Briton's foreign secretary was in attendance, but stopped over in kief to deliver another stern warning to the kremlin. Despite their claims, russia's military build up shows no signs of slowing. There is currently no evidence that their forces are withdrawing. And we need russia to step back from the brink. They must take the path of diplomacy.
