The Children of the Nord Stream Operation
The Nord Stream operation, assuming it was in fact the Ukrainians, is the first of a series of covert intelligence operations or covert military operations by the Ukrainians that have sort of crossed U.S. red lines. They also famously killed Ms. Dugina trying to get her father. And there have been these drones near the Kremlin or crashing into the Kremlin, crashing into some civilian buildings in Moscow as well. The Ukrainians breach lines. We either don't say anything or clock at them and we don't encourage it, but we don't really exert leverage to stop it either.
