You Don't Get a Compliment, but You Do

In this industry, i think the hardest thing is nobody ever compliments you like they just don't. And for me, as someone who wasn't born with a lot of self confidence, it doesn't come naturally for me to think that i did well on something. So i have to make myself feel like i'm doing like, pushing myself, because no one else is going to be there to push you.
