The Importance of Radical Integration in Music
I wrote my dissertation on Red Bull in grad school. I couldn't see how the business model couldn't reflect what blast is doing, you know? Everything from the start and the epicenter is really controlled by us. We have 11 employees right now. Everybody like on payroll, we got another X amount of contractors as well. And that's a direct reflection of blast too, though,. because he was doing a graphic design, editing the videos, mixing the music, recording the stuff.
