Woodhenge

We cannot say at the moment whether woodhenge was built before, during or fter the construction of the sarsen stone hinge. But it's round about the same time. And unfortunately, this goes with so many other things. So for example, one suggestion i make in my book is that if you think about the construction of this sarton monument, involving trackways and sledges, then when you're done, you've got a huge amount of oak. And this oak is endowed with, i think, with rather special values because of its association with this construction project. One of the things you could do with it is build something like woodhenge.
