The Importance of Staying in Contact With the Scriptures

I had to educate the people around me and the people who are close to me. I heard all the bad things you know because they they let it out and and you can see it in their face so one of the things Arnold that I've discovered in the reading that I've been doing this year is studying something called Bassistha's yoga which is an ancient spiritual Hindu text.
