We didn't know what was in the deal, then when we saw the deal, oh my God, it didn't resolve the most important issue. What if new evidence emerges? What if new crimes are uncovered? John Solomon: Is there any way to get a plea deal without going through all of these other channels? Professor Ders howitz: It's not clear whether or not they will be able to do so.
