Anxiety in Teens

Sally Kohn: Kids are just by nature, they're impulsive. She says that too much screen time in teens can lead to acquired anxiety disorder. The key word there is the word self, she says; if you don't know self, you can't have a strong self-esteem. Kohn: I think screens and social media are so attractive because you can be who you want to be.
