Climate Change - What a Year Makes?
There was real progress in Glasgow because all the nations who signed the Paris Climate Agreement agreed to come back every year to increase their ambition on tackling climate change. For the first time there was language in the final pact that referenced fossil fuels and in this case phasing down unabated coal use. And certainly oil and gas is a huge talking point in light of the war in Ukraine and this subsequent energy crisis. How much do you think it could be a topic at COP that actually accelerating towards renewables, towards clean energy?
