The Alternative Protein World Is on a Good Track to Price Parity
Most people want to eat better, but many of them just can't afford the price premium that's on alternative proteins or plant base proteins. I feel like the alternative protein world in general is on a really good track to drive the price down. We are at that unique advantage right now where scaling of biomas fermentation is not as expensive as other forms of alternative protein production. And then we are also hitting making sea food, where they are a little bit more expensive to begin with.
