The mayor of cool valley, Jason steart plans to airdrop 500 dollars worth of bit coin to every household in the town. The project is fully funded for a thousand dollars per household and has already exceeded its donation goals. Stuart says he will first organize educational workshops for residents to learn about what will be receiving. He also plans to allow citizens to receive a larger bit coin payout if they choose to hold their bit coin for a certain length of time.
