The Importance of Long Meetings
A symptom I see misdirected towards surge is meetings that are taking a very long time. There's almost no scenario where a meeting should go longer than an hour, almost no scenario. And one of the things that we'll notice in these longer ones, there's not more information being covered and it's not all of a sudden more valuable.
