How to Feel Happy and Satisfied as an Engineer
I would like to see three years looking back that the engineering department where I'm at currently is much stronger now than it was then. We have enhanced our expertise and our processes and all of that across the board, and we're all better for it. But at the end of the day, if I can look back and say with no hesitation that every day I gave it my best, then that'll be enough for me to feel satisfied. Now, that'd be nice. If all the things I'm working on have launched and all the patents have been granted and all ofthat, that's all frosting on the cake, right?"
