The 3 Signs of Low Progesterone on the PMS Symptom Chart
The luteal phase is a period of time from ovulation until your next period. A healthy cycle is supposed to be about 12 to 14 days. PMS symptoms include anxiety, depression and premenstrual spotting. The third sign of low progesterone on the chart would be moderate to severe PMS symptoms up to and including PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder)
