The Winter Storm Is Coming, and It's Getting Colder.
Winter storm has already put a good amount of snow in places like the west. People with untreated mental illness are 16 times more at risk of being killed during a police encounter. In aurora, colorado, this response team is racing to an emergency call. One study says that up to ten percent of nine one one calls nation wide potentially involve mental health issues.
