The Importance of a Good Apology

No one I know uses Facebook. That doesn't mean it doesn't have power though. Like the fact that none of us use it, but they have all this money and they're doing all this cooked stuff elsewhere. The update is this dude, I respect a good apology. He clearly had a concrete plan to kind of have improved the Kiwi's life a whole bunch. But he just it was just like extremely sincere and engaged with it. This guy got on first up with Nathan Rody on RNZ this morning, 5am NZT and just absolute masterclass. What did he say? "Oh my God, I'm so sorry"
