We think spacks are still a viable form for companies to go public. Spacks have been around for probably 15 to 20 years, y at i at yrly tota and oev. They just became much more popular in the last couple of years. There's been a little bit of agitation towards direct listings where there seems to be a decent amount of controversy on both sides. How do you gas look at direct listenings as opposed to the ipo pro but we pioneered the direct listing.
