Is IV Contrast a Good Choice for Chronic Kidney Disease?
A lot of people have started proclaiming that contrast decay is not real. But there's still been this gray area of well, what if they're coming in with an acute kidney injury? If I give them contrast, am I going to make it worse? So that's what these guys are looking at. It is a retrospective study. At the end of the day, we probably can't say for sure if the findings are totally valid.
