There's not, in this instance, one single perience or a single desire in n an idea of rebellion. As people had different attitudes towards rebellion, didn't they? Yes, they did. Their beast comes as close as any until the hatian revolution. But ultimately it does not succeed. So armed rebellion is extremely dangerous. Even if you do succeed, it usually means warfare. And so what we see in the babis rebel on is multiple visions of what autonomy and independence look like.
