What's Going on in the STB?

There's just seems like there's so many things in front of the current service transportation board. I'm sure they're under constant pressure from all sorts of people, including shippers and politically. The agency is only about 140 employees. Cases coming in at all times, most of them you never hear about. A limited amount of people to get all that work done.
