The Problem Isn't About Language, but Culture

The issue is actually about culture and the historical circumstances upon which a peoplea by that, i mean like an ethnos. How these people step on to the world's stage as people who have a self identification as a shared ethnic group. The historical process that produces these types of people is not something from which an individual can readily be detached. These people come with languages, customs, laws, institutions and very particular historical memories. And so you end up with a bunch of base assumptions. It hilits, it brings your idrawsor focus on, to certain things.
