The Importance of Tone
If somebody's not doing enough work, you can say that they're not pulling their weight. Don't be rude about it. Be careful with your tone because that could come across really polite or really impolite. When the team works well together, a more natural way to say that would be the team really gels. A little bit like handjung, and try and give you a reference hand gel.
