Dr. Eastman's Motion for Reconsideration

Judge Carter down in Orange County did a magnificent job of parsing through hundreds, if not more, of emails found 10 of them that appeared to be crime fraud. John Eastman who is, they call him Dr. Eastman in the order, asked for a stay while it goes to the 9th circuit. The judge did a very nice analysis of the four factors as to whether or not you could get a stay. It's going to knock this off the front page.
