I've been feeling exhausted recently, and so i want to get back on track where i have all the energy i need to do what it is i want to do. Creating a vision board can take a little time, not much. You can quickly do it in an afternoon. Or you might add to it on going. I think that's what i do. And sometimes i'll see something on the vision board that isn't really what i want after all, or it no longer resonates with me. So this is something that represents your life, your hopes and your dreams. And it does act as a compass. And it can help you to be resilient. It's a fantastic way
