The Importance of Focusing on Positive Things

I was very easily, I don't want to use the word board because I don't know if that's necessarily what was going on in my childhood. But I think a more positive way of putting a spin on that is that I have always needed stimulus at a relatively high level. And like, that I feel like is the answer for most drug addicts and alcoholics. It's like if we could just focus our obsession on other things that are, like you said, with positive. Were you always like that? Very often Billy Boyd and I would choose to live in a house together. He would go off and he'd be working and I'd maybe be off for the morning and be
