What I Learned From the Film Who We Are, a Chronicle of Racism in America

I recently saw a wonderful documentary by geoffrey robinson, an a c lw Attorney. And i learned things from that film that i was ever taught in school. The amount of money that went into slavery in 17 90, 50 years before the civil war is shocking. They insured slaves as loss of property, just like we do with our cokers,. If you lose your slaves, and if they get sick and die, or in a runaway, they made money on during that. It just is so upsetting.
