The Preliminary Steps in the White Collar Investigation
I would not expect that the first indictments would be the top of the pyramid. And so we haven't seen anything like what I would think are the preliminary steps, which strikes me as inconsistent with the idea that we're at the mature phase of the investigation. Unless they've been consciously storing it up on the theory that you kind of want a shock and awe approach to the white collar side. So I think it's very mysterious, honestly. The speculation has not been especially convincing about where the thing is.
