This is the 44th anniversary of Jonestown. Can you give me a sense of where you are now in your life after surviving that? I was shot five times left for dead for 22 hours. My mentor was assassinated. There were 900 people that lost their lives under the spell of Jim Jones, a cult leader. So today is always a day of reflection for me. I'm very lucky to be alive. And I think the weak response by the Republicans is totally unacceptable. We have got to turn the heat down on our discourse. Otherwise there's danger in our futures.
