Using the Extra Value as Leverage
Rian Foyou has been working on a project in south yorkshire. He says he is using the extra value as leverige, rather than re financing and taking lump sum. If you don't need to pay back any investors or bridge ind finance straight away,you can just st sit on it for three or four months until you find your next deal. And indeed, if you've got a nice group structure going on, with an umbrella company top yyou can cross charge between the whole lot - but that's a different conversation for another day.
