Royalty Flow Launches IPO to Acquire Royalty Assets
The Bass brothers have a license or they have a royalty claim on all of Eminem's work that was produced between 1999 and 2013. That is not the kind of thing that would succeed in an auction because a single buyer, single seller,. It wouldn't be as competitive as things that are less expensive would be. So what we did is we used that opportunity and we were looking for a deal like that. We took that opportunity basically to execute our royalty finance company strategy and launched a company called Royalty Flow. The IPO should be qualified by the SEC within the next 10 days to start collecting funds.
